Dmytro Skorniakov holds higher education degrees in finance and law and is a Certified Public Accountant (USA), a prestigious international qualification. He has over 18 years of experience in various analytical, operational, and executive roles.
Before joining HarvEast, Dmytro worked as a Senior Manager at the leading international audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has been with HarvEast since its inception.
Under his leadership, a loss-making post-Soviet conglomerate of 70 collective farms was transformed into one of Ukraine’s most successful and innovative agricultural holdings. Despite losing over 80% of its business due to the Russian invasion, the company has maintained its resilience and continues to grow.
Vitaliy Kaidash holds a degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship from the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (NTUU "KPI")..
He joined the HarvEast team in December 2015, shortly after graduating from university.
Vitaliy began his career at the company as a junior audit intern in the accounting and tax department.
After three and a half years, he was promoted to lead the department. Since February 2025, he has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at HarvEast.

Yana Yukselen graduated from the Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in International Law, qualified as an international lawyer, an English translator.
Yana has over 15 years of experience in the field of jurisprudence.
Joined the HarvEast team in 2015. Her area of responsibility in the company is to provide a full range of legal functions, the direct development of legal strategies on all key issues and legal support of the company's activities.
Director of Agro-Holding MS LLC
Ruslan Mazurenko graduated from Donetsk National University with a degree in Enterprise Economics. He also has a diploma from the Mariupol Humanitarian Institute of Donetsk State University with a degree in Ukrainian language and literature.
Ruslan's experience in managerial positions in the agricultural sector is 18 years, of which more than 10 years in the structure of the agricultural holding HarvEast.
He is a deputy of the Nikolsky District Council of the 6th, 7th and 8th convocations and the Nikolsky United Territorial Community.
For many years, he managed the SC «ILYICH AGRO DONBAS» - a key asset of an agricultural holding in the Donetsk region.
In August 2022, he was appointed to the position of operations director of HarvEast.
In January 2024, he headed the Kyiv asset HarvEast – Agro-Holding MS LLC.
Department HarvEast
Olena Shelest graduated from Donetsk University of Economics and Trade with a degree in Economics and Marketing. She has been working in the agricultural industry since 2004.
Olena began her career in the agricultural products sales department of the Ilyich Combine (Mariupol). She later held the position of Head of the Commercial Department at the state-owned enterprise "Ilyich-Agro Donbas." Since 2016, she has led the Logistics Department at HarvEast.
In January 2024, Olena Shelest was appointed Director of the Commercial Department at HarvEast Agricultural Holding. Today, she is responsible for all procurement of goods and services necessary for implementing the company's production plans, as well as for the sale of harvested crops.
Thanks to her extensive experience in agriculture, deep understanding of the agricultural market, and strong professional commitment to achieving results, Olena consistently meets her objectives and contributes to enhancing HarvEast’s sustainability.
